I made the Toffee today it was so eSy and taste great I used a longer pan and it’s great thank you . I never tasted this type of almond toffee before and was super impressed. Mine is very light colored and somewhat sticky. It appears to me I had too much butter for the sugar. It won’t separate if you cook at med temp and stir until it reached crack stage. This entire recipe takes about 20 minutes from chopping the pecans to spreading the chocolate on top.
